Return Policy

Free Prepaid Returns
We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation email or a copy of your return confirmation email. Also, please make sure to write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Please contact us with your order number and a brief description as to why you are returning the product and we will issue an RMA # with your pre-paid return label. Please note: You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice, but we are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages.

Refunds
You will receive an email notification when we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed.

Exchanges
Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the following methods. Please review the information below to determine which type of exchange will work best for you.

If you are making an exchange by mail, please fill out the back of your packing list to indicate the type of exchange you’d like to make and enclose it in your package.

*To make an exchange for the same item in a different size or color:
If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for reshipment of the item to you. If you exchange your original item using the pre–paid, pre–addressed SmartLabel enclosed with your original packing list, you will also not be charged the $5.95 shipping fee.

*To make an exchange for a different item:
If you are making an exchange for a different item, an additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.

If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee.

If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.

Please note that a $5.95 shipping fee will also be charged to your original method of payment if you make your exchange using the SmartLabel enclosed with your original packing list.
