Shipping & Handling
We offer free ground shipping within the U.S. on all orders of $75 or more. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied.
Orders for shipments within the U.S. are typically processed in 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays. Overnight orders must be placed by 10:00 am EST Monday through Thursday. Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. *Please note, we cannot be responsible for weather delays.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.
Expedited Shipping Exceptions
We only offer expedited shipping within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for weather delays. Please note: expedited shipping does not change processing time for personalized pieces and other pre-order items.
Backorders & Cancellations
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please contact us.
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
*We currently do not offer international shipping, but with enough demand, we will definitely offer this option in the future.
