    How should I clean my jewelry?
    It is best to clean regularly with a polishing cloth. Thoroughly wipe each piece of jewelry to remove any natural body oils, sweat, or residue. 

    When should I remove my jewelry?
    It is best to keep your jewelry dry - remove before showering, swimming, exercising or washing your hands. Try to avoid contact with chemicals‚ such as hair spray, perfume‚ and lotions by putting on your jewelry last before taking on the day.

    What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept PayPal. We DO NOT accept money orders, checks, or cash.
    Can I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately within an hour of the order placed. Due to the nature of fulfilling our orders quickly and efficiently, your order may not be cancelled on time. The refund may take up to 10 business days to show up on your card statement.

    How do I apply a promo code?
    On the Checkout page, you may apply the promo code in the box labeled "Discount" which is above your Subtotal. You must click the "Apply" button BEFORE you checkout in order for you to receive the discount. Please double check that the discount price reflects on your total as we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.


    Shipping & Handling

    How much are shipping fees?
    We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders of $75 or more. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied.

    Which shipping carriers do you use?
    We use USPS as our major shipping carrier. If you would like for us to ship via UPS or FedEx, please contact us.

    When will my order ship?
    All of our orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) excluding federal holidays.

    How long does shipping take?
    The shipping method chosen during checkout will determine when you will receive your package. On average, shipping generally takes between 3-5 business days after it has been processed.

    Do you ship internationally?
    We currently do not offer international shipping, but with enough demand, we will definitely offer this option in the future.


    Return Policy

    What is your return policy?
    We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and our service, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please see our guidelines below or contact us for help with a return.
    We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip invoice or a copy of your order confirmation email.

    How do I return my order?
    Please contact us with your order number and a brief description as to why you are returning the product. An email approving returns will include an RMA Number, a pre-paid shipping label, and return shipping instructions. If you have not received this email in the time stated, please check your Spam folder. We will be accepting returns up to 14 days after we send you the return label. To ensure a faster turnaround, please write the RMA Number on the outside of the package. Please note: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend that you obtain a receipt of the package being dropped off or a tracking number.

    Can I return an item for exchange?
    If you would like to make an exchange, please return your item for a refund and place a new order with us.

    When will I get receive my refund?
    You will receive a confirmation email once the return comes in to our warehouse and is ready to be processed. Once your return is received, it may take up to 15 days to process.
